Application: Pressure intensifiers used in power packs
Scanwill pressure intensifiers have been used in hydraulic power packs for many years. To get high pressure, tipically a costly separate high pressure system will be installed. A simple and cost effective alternative is to install a Scanwill pressure intensifier, which can easily be fitted on to any low pressure power pack. Scanwill intensifiers have pressure ratios ranging from 1,5 to 16. By using an intensifier, you will match the speed and flexibility of standard hydraulic power units together with high pressure capabilities.
Some examples of power packs using Scanwill pressure intensifiers:
Gear pump with pressure intensifier. Output pressure: 2.500 bar |
Piston pump with pressure intensifier. Output pressure: 1.600 bar |
Gear pump with pressure intensifier. Output pressure: 700 bar |
Piston pump with pressure intensifier. Output pressure: 800 bar |
