Hydraulic testers

Hydraulic testers, also known as hydraulic multimeters, hydraulic test kits, hydraulic flow testers or hydraulic test equipment, measure flow, pressure and temperature in hydraulic circuits. Hydraulic multimeters are used to check performance of hydraulic pumps, motors, valves and hydrostatic transmissions. Hydraulic test kits are an easy to use diagnostic tool to pinpoint hydraulic system faults, reducing downtime and helping in preventive maintenance.

Portable hydraulic testers are built into a strong steel case, providing an ideal compact solution for servicing and commissioning hydraulic circuits on construction, agricultural and other mobile machinery.

Compact hydraulic testers comprise a flow turbine and a built-in loading valve to simulate the working pressure during normal machine operation. In addition, the built-in safety discs (burst discs) protect the machine and operator in event of excessive pressure, allowing oil to safely bypass the loading valve internally, with no spillage of oil from the hydraulic circuit. Safety discs are housed in a cartridge and are easily replaceable.

The mechanical hydraulic tester does not require batteries. The dials are clear and easy to read. Installation is extremely simple and the hydraulic test kit can be connected into either the pressure or return lines. Flow measurement is made in one direction, and reverse flow is allowed.

Digital hydraulic testers

The digital hydraulic tester provides a better accuracy in measurement of flow, pressure and temperature. Flow measurement can be made in both directions. This tester is easy to operate and the digital display indicates both flow and temperature. The digital hydraulic test kit is powered with standard 9V batteries.
